Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

(As on 01 January 2026)

• Full-time Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 60% marks
• Degree must be from a recognized University/Institute approved by AICTE/UGC

Post Qualification Experience

(As on 01 January 2026)

• Minimum 01 year experience in Civil Construction works
• Preference will be given to candidates with building works experience

Note:
Teaching, training, consultancy, or freelancing experience will not be treated as relevant experience.

Pay Structure & Benefits

Component	Details
Fixed Consolidated Pay	₹36,000/- per month
Annual Increment	5% on fixed pay after each completed year
Allowances	No allowances beyond fixed pay
PF	As per EPF & MP Act, 1952 (employee + employer contribution)
Medical Insurance	₹3 lakh policy to be taken by employee; premium reimbursed (up to ₹4,000/year)
Leave	01 leave per completed calendar month
Weekly Off & Holidays	As per project office schedule
TA/DA	Admissible for official outstation duty

• No relaxation in medical standards

Tenure of Engagement

• Initial appointment for 01 year
• Extendable based on performance and project requirement
• Engagement is co-terminus with the project
• No claim for absorption into IRCON’s regular establishment

How to Apply?

1. Ensure eligibility as per prescribed qualification, age, and experience.
2. Prepare the application on A4 size paper in the prescribed format.
3. Attend the Walk-in-Interview at the designated venue on the scheduled date.
4. Complete registration at the venue between 09:30 AM to 01:00 PM.
5. Carry original documents along with one set of self-attested photocopies.

Documents Required

• Typed application (A4 size)
• Experience certificates in chronological order
  (For current employment: last two months’ salary slips mandatory)
• Class X certificate (Date of Birth proof)
• Degree certificate and all semester/year mark sheets
• Caste / EWS / Age relaxation certificate (if applicable)
• CGPA-to-percentage conversion certificate (if applicable)
