Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Must hold a Graduate Degree from a recognized University.
Local / Domicile / Identity Conditions
- Must be a local candidate of Sikkim.
- Must possess a valid Sikkim Subject Certificate (SSC) or Certificate of Identification (COI).
- Must have a valid Local Employment Card (if applicable) per notification.
Age Limit (as on the last date for application — 31 January 2026)
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 40 years
- Age relaxations will be applicable as per Sikkim Government rules for reserved categories.
Other Conditions (as per advertisement)
- If employed, must produce No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer.
- For female candidates (if married), marital status certificate and relevant spousal COI/SSC as required.
Pay Scale / Remuneration
- The pay is as per Level-15 Pay Matrix (or as notified in the advertisement) for Under-Secretary posts.
