Eligibility Criteria
| Criteria | Details |

| Educational Qualification | Graduate in Commerce or Finance from a recognized university with knowledge of Tally ERP 9.0. Knowledge and proficiency in PFMS will be an added advantage. |
| Experience | Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar work profile in any Government/Semi-Government or reputed organization. |
| Computer Skills | Proficiency in Tally, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is mandatory. |
| Language Proficiency | Fluency in Hindi and English is essential. Knowledge of Assamese will be an added advantage. |
Desirable Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in World Bank-funded, externally aided, or Government of India-funded projects.
- Strong analytical, social, and planning abilities.
- Capability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Finance Management Specialist in all accounting and financial matters.
- Maintain records of all transactions and Books of Accounts in Tally.
- Support in internal checks and ensure proper maintenance of financial records.
- Assist in audits, statutory compliances, and submission of claims to PMU/World Bank.
- Prepare quarterly Interim Unaudited Financial Reports (IUFRs).
- Prepare Annual Financial Statements, Balance Sheets, and other financial reports.
- Ensure timely submission of IUFRs and audit reports to stakeholders.
- Support coordination between departments for financial management.
- Assist in asset management and annual verification processes.
- Undertake field visits and carry out random financial checks at project sites.
