About the Post

The Assam Innovation and Startup Foundation (AISF), under the Department of Innovation, Incubation and Startups (DIIS), Government of Assam, is inviting applications from dynamic and visionary professionals for six key contractual positions. Eligibility Criteria

Managing Director (MD)	Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or related field	Minimum 15 years in corporate operations/program delivery, with 3 years in leadership role
Senior Manager – Program Delivery	Postgraduate in Business Administration or equivalent	8–12 years in startup program management/incubation or corporate innovation
Senior Manager – Student & MSME Incubation	Postgraduate in Management, Education, Social Management, Entrepreneurship, or related field	8–12 years in academic entrepreneurship or CSR-led innovation programs
Senior Manager – Investments	Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting/Business; MBA (Finance)/CA/CFA preferred	7–10 years in investment banking, fund management, or venture capital
Senior Manager – Partnerships (Ecosystem Outreach)	Postgraduate in Public Policy, Business, Communications, CSR, or related field	8–12 years in CSR, partnership development, or innovation networks
Senior Executive – Accounts and MIS	CA/ICWA/M.Com/B.Com/MBA (Finance)	Minimum 3 years in accounting, compliance, and MIS reporting

• No TA/DA will be provided to attend the interview.
• AISF reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process without assigning reasons.
