Eligibility Criteria

Project Research Scientist – I (Medical)	– MBBS/BDS or Bachelor in Allied Health Sciences with MPH- Good command of English (speaking, reading, writing)	– Postgraduate Degree (MD/MS/Epidemiology/Clinical trials)- Experience supervising data collection and coordinating multi-site projects- Experience in Maternal Child Health projects- Knowledge of computer software for data management and analysis- Trained in Research Methodology & conducting training programs	– Liaise with investigators from other sites- Coordinate and supervise day-to-day project activities- Recruit, consent, and interview volunteering patients- Supervise data management, analysis, and report writing
Project Nurse II (Research Nurse)	– Three-year General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) course- Good command of Khasi & English	– Experience in supervising data collection and coordinating multi-site projects- Experience in Maternal Child Health projects- Computer skills and data management- Trained in Research Methodology & conducting training programs	– Recruit, consent, and follow-up with participants- Coordinate site activities and supervise data entry- Support echocardiography and outcome assessment
Project Technical Support – II (Echocardiographer / Echo Technician)	– 12th in science with Diploma in Echocardiography + 5 years experience OR 3-year graduate in Echocardiography + 2 years experience- Good command of Khasi & English	– Data collection experience- Experience in Maternal Child Health projects- Knowledge of computer software for qualitative & quantitative data analysis- Trained in Research Methodology & conducting training programs	– Coordinate site activities including echocardiography- Data collection, entry, and management- Follow-up visits of participants
