About the Post

NABARD Consultancy Services (NABCONS), a wholly owned subsidiary of NABARD and a leading consultancy organization in the field of agriculture and rural development, has invited online applications from eligible Indian citizens for the recruitment of Project Based Contract Staff under the project “PMU for Department of Fisheries (DoF)”.

Eligibility Criteria

Communication Specialist	Master’s in Mass Communication / Journalism or equivalent	Minimum 7 years of experience in managing IEC and communication functions in public or reputed private sector agencies. Should have experience in designing and implementing communication campaigns, developing communication materials, and excellent oral and written communication skills in English and at least one major Indian language.
Insurance Specialist	MBA or equivalent qualification	Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance field, designing insurance products, and working knowledge of insurance products and underwriting guidelines. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in international organizations such as World Bank, ADB, AFD, KFW, or GIZ.
