About the Post

LIC Housing Finance Ltd (LIC HFL) invites applications from fresh graduates across India for engagement as Apprentices in various offices.
This is a 12-month apprenticeship program designed to provide on-the-job training, soft skills, domain knowledge, and real-time work experience.

Important Note:

• Apprenticeship is not employment.
• Apprentices are only trainees and not employees of LIC HFL.
• No guarantee of full-time employment after apprenticeship.
• Successful apprentices will receive a Proficiency Certificate by BOAT and can approach BFSI Sector Skill Council of India for placement opportunities.

Selection Process

1. Online Application through NATS Portal.
2. Entrance Examination conducted by BFSI Sector Skill Council of India.
   • 100 MCQs: Banking, Investment, Insurance, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, Computer Literacy, English.
   • Duration: 60 minutes.
   • Mode: Online remote proctored exam (via mobile with camera & internet).
   • Exam Fees:
     • ₹944 (General & OBC)
     • ₹708 (SC/ST/Female)
     • ₹472 (PwBD)
3. Document Verification & Interview at LIC HFL offices.
4. Final Selection & Offer Letter by LIC HFL.
5. Joining: Apprenticeship begins 1st Nov 2025 (tentative).
