Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Must be an Indian Citizen as per Articles 5–8 of the Constitution of India.
- Domicile: Must be a permanent resident of Assam (PRC or Employment Exchange Certificate required).
- Educational Qualification: 3-year Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering from an AICTE recognized institute.
- Age Limit (as on 01-01-2025):
- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 40 years
- Relaxation: SC/ST (5 years), OBC/MOBC/TT/Adivasi (3 years), Ex-servicemen (up to 42 years, further relaxable), PwBD (10 years).
