Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any stream from a UGC recognized University.
- Certificate in Computer knowledge (minimum duration of 3 months).
- Knowledge of the official language of Assam (Assamese) is mandatory.
- Must possess a valid employment exchange registration number for Assam.

Selection Process
The selection process shall consist of three stages:
Stage 1: Written Examination (120 Marks)
- Duration: 2 Hours (OMR based)
- Negative Marking: 0.25 for each wrong answer
- Syllabus:
- General English – 50 Marks
- General Knowledge including Computer Knowledge – 30 Marks
- General Aptitude – 20 Marks
- Assamese Language (Qualifying only) – 20 Marks (Must score minimum 8 marks)
Stage 2: Computer Skill Test (35 Marks)
- Typing Test in application software – 20 Marks
- MS Word & Spreadsheet proficiency – 15 Marks
Stage 3: Viva-Voce (15 Marks)
Final selection will be based on Written Test + Computer Test + Viva-Voce (Total: 150 Marks).
