CriteriaDetails
Academic ExcellenceProven academic excellence with 1st Class throughout academic career.
Educational Qualification– Ph.D. in Management/Commerce/Economics or other relevant areas.
– Preferably Ph.D. for industry applicants.
Experience (Academia/Research/Industry)– Minimum 15 years in academia, research, industry, or corporate sectors, with at least 3 years of administrative experience.
– For industry applicants: Minimum 25 years of experience, with at least 5 years at a Senior Management level.
Research & Publications– Experience in guiding at least two successful Ph.D. candidates OR
– Minimum 6 research publications indexed in ABDC/Scopus/Web of Science journals.
Industry & Academic Collaboration– Experience in developing, executing, and managing academic programs, training, research, patents, and IPR.
– Should have an association with reputed academic institutes as Professor Emeritus/Adjunct Professor/Visiting Faculty.
Additional Preferences– Preference for candidates with experience in sponsored research projects, MDPs, QIPs, and academic conferences.
– Preference for candidates with awards, patents, and research fellowships.
– Strong leadership and management skills.
