Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification

Qualification	Details
Master’s Degree	Environmental Science / Environment Planning / Environment Engineering / Civil Engineering
Bachelor’s Degree	Environmental Science / Environment Planning / Environment Engineering / Civil Engineering

Note: Candidates with a Master’s Degree over a Bachelor’s Degree will be preferred.

2. Experience Required

• 8 to 10 years of experience in infrastructure or related fields.
• 8 years of specific experience in:
  • Planning, designing, implementation, and monitoring of environmental management plans.
  • Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and Initial Environmental Examinations (IEE).
• Knowledge of ADB’s Safeguard Policy Statement (2009) and environmental frameworks is an advantage.
• Experience in ADB Environment Guidelines will be preferred.
• Work experience in planning, design, and implementation of safeguard elements in externally aided/MDB projects in urban sectors is desirable.

3. Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 45 years as of 01/01/2025.
