Stipend & Duration
- Stipend: As per Apprentices Act, 1961/1973, Apprentices Rules 1992/2019, as amended from time to time.
- Apprenticeship Training Duration: 12 Months.
Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit (as of 31st January 2025)
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 24 years
Age Relaxation
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years (13 years for OBC, 15 years for SC/ST).
Educational Qualifications

Trade Apprentice (Fitter, Electrician, etc.) | Matric with a full-time 2-year ITI course in the respective trade from NCVT/SCVT. |
Technician Apprentice (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) | Diploma in the respective Engineering discipline with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD). |
Graduate Apprentice (BA, B.Com, etc.) | Full-time Graduation in any discipline with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD). |
Trade Apprentice-Data Entry Operator (Fresher) | Class 12th pass with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD). |
Trade Apprentice-Data Entry Operator (Skilled) | Class 12th pass with Skill Certificate of Domestic Data Entry Operator (training < 1 year). |
